Thomas Walter Thompson, 84, of Sheboygan, passed away suddenly Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Born June 23, 1937 in Sheboygan, Tom was a son of the late Martin and Elaine Brady Thompson.
Tom had a deep love for all animals and loved to feed his deer and birds. He loved spending time with anyone who would listen, he always had a great story to tell and was infamous for his one liners. He also had a deep passion for dropping a line in any body of water, always hoping to catch “the big one”.
Tom is survived by his beloved wife Patricia Lucille Thompson. He truly loved his wife and was always doting on her. He would often be caught putting on her coat for her or pouring her coffee.
He is also survived by his daughter, Kelly Thompson and her family; his step-children, Kris Bricko, Billie (Dean) Weier, and Darin (Larisa) Bricko; his grandchildren, Jenni (Will) Braden, Kyra (Tyson) Pitsch, Dustin (significant other Stephani and her daughter Lila) Gabrielle Bricko, and Nadya Bricko; his great-grandchildren, Donte, Kylie, Liam, Sophie, Hayden, and Harlow; his brother, Robert (Diana) Thompson; his sisters, Sue Oppgenorth, Carol (Pete) Kortenhorn, Patty (Tony) Wojick, Mary Deehr, and Lori Thompson; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Besides his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his son, Scott Thompson; his brothers, James Thompson, John "Mike" Micheal Thompson; his sister, Toni Grahn; and his infant brother, Charlie.
Private family services will be held.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the neuro ICU at St. Luke's Medical Center, especially to Heather, for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Tom's arrangements.
