Terry L. Zimmermann, 66, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away Sunday morning, January 4, 2015 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Born May 23, 1948 in Sheboygan, Terry was a son of the late Eugene and Eileen Boeselager Zimmermann. He attended Cooper Elementary School and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1966. He attended the U.W. Sheboygan for two years before attending U.W. Madison where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. On November 10, 1973, he was united in marriage to his best friend and love of his life, Judith A. Gottowski at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Terry was co-owner of Glander Pharmacy for almost 30 years before his retirement in 2013. He previously worked at Roenitz Drug. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church where he served on the school board and volunteered in the church. He was also a member of the PSW and the local chapter of the Pharmacy Association. He enjoyed photography, hiking, biking and traveling but his greatest joy was woodworking. He was an avid golfer and looked forward to the winter trips with the "GUYS". He loved spending time with his grandchildren and especially looked forward to the annual grandchildren vacation. He is survived by his wife, Judy; his children, Peter (Marcee) Zimmermann and Lisa (Kevin) Herber, both of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Emma and Eli Wigand, Grant and Mason Zimmermann, and Lily, Olivia and Harper Herber; his brother, Scott (Terrie) Zimmermann, Sheboygan; his sister, Julie (Jay) Johnson; in-laws, Robert (Lori) Gottowski, Thomas (Teri) Gottowski, Gary (Ann) Gottowski and Mary (Steve) Kress, all of Sheboygan, and Sharon (Stan) Schielke. He is further survived by close family friends, Gary Wigand and Scott Borth and his children, Kelsey, Connor and Jacob, Sheboygan; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Stacy Wigand, his brother Steve Zimmermann, his niece Michelle Tolzman, his father and mother-in-law, Robert and Beatrice Gottowski. Funeral services for Terry will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1121 Georgia Avenue, Sheboygan. The Rev. Alan Kubow will officiate. Family and friends are welcome at the church on Thursday from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service. Entombment will take place in the Chapel of Eternal Light. A memorial fund has been established in his name. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support shown to Terry and his family. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Terry's arrangements.
