Susan J. Peper

Susan J. Peper, 71 of Sheboygan, passed away Wednesday morning, May 5, 2021 at her home.
Born February 3, 1950, Susan was a daughter of the late Donald and Loretta Aschenbach Burtard. She attended area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1968. On August 29, 1970, she was united in marriage to Bruce J. Peper in Sheboygan. Bruce preceded her in death on August 8, 2016.
Susan was an LPN for many years in Sheboygan working at Sunny Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center. She previously worked at Greendale Nursing Home and Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ. She enjoyed bowling, reading, sewing and crafts. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children,Tony, Sheboygan, and Tammi, Sheboygan; granddaughters, Brianne and Taylor; grandsons, Dominic and Dustin, all of Sheboygan; her great grandson, Marco Diaz; her brothers, Steve (Bernice) Burtard, Sheboygan, Bill (Mary) Burtard, Sheboygan, and Lester (Tammy) Burtard, Howards Grove; other relatives and close family friends, Sheila & Dave Teeselink and Larry & Karla Schmidt.
A private family service will take place. Entombment will take place in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Susan's arrangements.
