Seth M. Horzen, 38, of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday afternoon, August 12, 2015. Born January 20, 1977 in Sheboygan, Seth was a son of John and Annie Horzen. He attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1995. On August 1, 1998, he was united in marriage to Jennifer Lynn Bergemann in Belgium, WI. Seth worked at Polarware Stoelting for the past 17 years. He enjoyed playing softball, fishing, was an avid Packer fan and was an excellent cook. His greatest joy was coaching his daughter's soccer team and attending their sporting events. He is survived by his children, Katrina Marie Krutzik, Caitlyn Julieanne and Isabella Grace Horzen, all of Sheboygan; his parents, John and Annie Horzen, Sheboygan; his brothers, Scott (Lisa) Horzen, Sheboygan, and Todd (Kristin) Horzen, Chapin, SC; his grandmother, Granny Shirley Schultz, Pembine, WI; his mother-in-law, Julie Bergemann, West Bend; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Grandpa Herbie, his paternal grandparents, Frank and Anna Horzen, and his father-in-law, Steve Bergemann. A Celebration of Seth's life will take place at 6:30p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2015 at the Deland Park Pavilion, Broughton Drive, Sheboygan. Family and friends may gather from 4:00 p.m. until the time of remembrances. The family has asked for everyone to wear casual clothes and flip flops. A memorial fund has been established in his name. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Seth's arrangements.
