Ruth E. White

Ruth E. White, 81, of Sheboygan, passed away Thursday morning, February 22, 2024 at her home.
Born November 17, 1942 in Sterling, IL, Ruth was a daughter of the late Gordon and Ruth Johnson Lieburn.
Ruth worked for the Department of Corrections in Sheboygan for 25 years before her retirement. She enjoyed traveling and exploring thrift stores. One of her greatest joys was gambling at the casinos.
She is survived by her two daughters, Ruth (Jeff) Schickowski, Sheboygan, and Angela Elliott, Sheboygan; her eight grandchildren, Thomas Elliott, Oshkosh, Amanda Beyer, Fond du Lac, Alissa (Aaron) Halbach, Sheboygan, William Schickowski, Sheboygan, Grant (Becka) White, Adam White, Fort Atkinson, Jeremy Mischker, and Kali White, Waukesha; six great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Steven (Linda) White.
Private family services are being planned for a later date.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Ruth's arrangements.
