Rose Mary Dedering (Rose), 89, of Sheboygan, WI passed away peacefully on Monday, May 16, 2022 at St. Nicholas Hospital after suffering a stroke.
Rose Mary was born in Sheboygan Falls on October 20, 1932 to father Joseph G. Vande Loo and mother Katherine (Conrad) Vande Loo. The youngest of two children, Rose graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1950.
Rose Mary married her husband Bernard in 1958 and worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, and always maintained a large garden and variety of plants around her home. She also enjoyed baby-sitting her grandchildren.
Rose Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, her children Laura Dedering and Susan (Fritz) Goebel, and her sibling Clarence (Deloris) Vande Loo, and her parents.
Rose Mary is survived by her son Jeff (Kristin) Dedering and her grandchildren Ashley (Alex) Antonie, Matthew Dedering, and Harrison Dedering as well as other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In memory of Rose Mary, donations can be made to Holy Name Church. A special thanks to all her caregivers over the past couple years.
A joint graveside service for both Rose Mary and her late husband, Bernard, will be held on Friday, May 27th, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Sheboygan. Family and friends are then invited to Al & Al’s, 1502 S. 12th St. Sheboygan, for a celebration of life luncheon for both Rose Mary & Bernard following the service.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Rose Mary's arrangements.
