Nicholas R. Kamada, 35, of Sheboygan passed away suddenly on a beautiful Thursday morning, July 11, 2024, at his home.
Born October 21, 1988, in Neenah, Nicholas was a son of Rebecca and Timothy Van Zeeland. He attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 2007. He went back to Lakeshore Technical College and graduated in 2022 with a degree in accounting.
After many years in the industry, he found a home at the 8th Street Ale Haus as a bartender, cook, and server until its closing, and most recently at Craft 30. Following his graduating from LTC, he worked part time as the bookkeeper for Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Nick was an avid sports fan who enjoyed his many fantasy teams with his large group of lifelong friends. He will always be remembered for his genuine smile, his infectious laughter, his many heartfelt hugs, and his wide definition of family.
He is survived by his mother and father, Becky and Tim Van Zeeland, Sheboygan; his sisters and brother, Brittney (Andre) Wagner, Sheboygan, Annie (Elijah Mohr) Van Zeeland, Sheboygan, and Jack (Sarah) Van Zeeland, Green Bay; his niece, Michi Louise; his special friend, Rachelle Siever, Sheboygan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandma, Mildred "Midgie" (Ivan) Berg; his uncle, Michael DiGregorio; his aunt, Colleen Van Zeeland; and his cousin, Michael Douville.
A Celebration of Nick's Life will take place at the 8th Street Ale Haus, 1132 N. 8th Street, Sheboygan, on Monday, July 22, 2024, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established in Nick's name.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Nick's arrangements.
