Monica “Mindi” (Herber) Dinsmore

Monica (Herber) Dinsmore, 48, of Derry, New Hampshire passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 16, 2017 from complication of Diabetes.

Born May 3, 1968 in Quantico, Virginia, Mindi was the daughter of James Herber and Nancy (Herber) Melcher. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from South High School in 1986. She furthered her schooling through a program a t Heritage Nursing home and continued her career at County Comprehensive Center, where she retired in 2001. That same year, Mindi married Rick Dinsmore and she and her daughter, Elisabeth, relocated to Derry, New Hampshire.

Mindi and her family were avid football fans and fervently followed the New England Patriots and the Green Bay Packers. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family, friends and her beloved cats. Listening to her husband play the guitar, whether on their front porch or with his band, was one of Mindi’s great delights and she was Rick’s inspiration for many songs. Mindi was known for her mischievous sense of humor, her strong love for her family and friends and her compassionate heart, which welcomed many furry friends into her home. When Mindi returned to Sheboygan for visits, she enjoyed cook outs and bonfires with friends.

In recent years, Mindi experienced many health issues related to Diabetes and met each challenge with courage and perseverance.
