Milton H. Kolb, 86, formerly of Sheboygan, passed away early Tuesday morning, December 16, 2014 at Countryside Manor in Sheboygan where he had been residing. Born September 17, 1928 in Sheboygan Falls, Milton was a son of the late Alvin and Anna Wehmeier Kolb. He attended Sheboygan area schools. He then went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1952 during the Korean War with the 5th Army US Infantry. On August 39, 1952, he was united in marriage to LaVerne R. Seybold at Ebenezer Evangelical & Reformed Church in Sheboygan. They were married for 54 years before LaVerne preceded him in death on December 23, 2006. Milton was a polisher at the Vollrath Company for over 40 years and was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, sawing wood, collecting pallets and going to the cabin up in the Crivitz area. He especially enjoyed the time he spent helping his neighbors. He is survived by his four children, Bruce and Susan Kolb, Cleveland, WI, Daryl and Carrie Kolb, Union Grove, WI, Larry Kolb, Oreleans, Ontario Canada, Cindy Kolb, Sheboygan; four grandchildren, Barry, Beth, Kristopher and Jeremy; other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held for Milton at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Burial will take place next to LaVerne in Wildwood Cemetery. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Milton's arrangements.
