Mary N. Heller, 83, of Sheboygan, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice with her family by her side. She was born on July 11, 1942, in Colorado Springs, CO to the late James Oscar and Goldie (Spradling) McDonald.

On August 4, 1973, Mary was united in marriage to Clarence M. Heller, he preceded her in death on March 30, 2016.

One of Mary's proudest moments was receiving her High School diploma from LTC on January 24, 1983, at the age of 41. Mary loved working as a Dietary Aide at SunnyRidge Nursing Home in Sheboygan for 20 years before retiring.

In her younger years Mary loved to bowl and is in the Bowling Hall of Fame at North Bowl Lanes. She also enjoyed playing cards, Mexican train and Bonko are just a few to name. Taking trips to the Oneida Casino to play Bingo and the slot machines was also a pastime of hers. Mary like to sew and made aprons for all her grandchildren so they could help her bake at Christmas time. It was creating those memories along with so many others that she cherished the most. Her family meant the world to her, she loved spending time with them, whether it was during the holidays, attending different events that her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were partaking in, stopping by her children's homes and visiting and helping them with anything they needed or taking car rides with no destination in mind with Clarence. She looked forward to her weekly visits with her sister-in-law Linda and spending time with her friends. Mary had a heart of gold and a welcoming personality. She made friends wherever she went and made it a point to keep in contact with them all. She was known for her cards. Mary would send a card to all of her family and friends not only on special occasions, but also just to let them know she was thinking of them. Those cards are going to be cherished by all who were lucky to receive them.

She has a strong faith and was a member of Crossroad Community Church.
