Marjorie Mary Kuehlmann of Sheboygan was welcomed into God’s arms on May 27, 2025.
Born May 16, 1935, in Sheboygan. Marjorie was the daughter of the late Albert and Marie Schwartz Bogenschuetz. Marjorie attended area schools and graduated from Central High School. Marjorie then attended and graduated from Milwaukee Beauty school.
On January 20, 1962, she was united in marriage with the love of her life Frederick Kuehlmann at Holy name of Jesus Catholic Church. They had 51 years of marriage until Fred’s death. Marjorie worked at Kitty’s Beauty Salon on North 8th Street. Marjorie volunteered her time as a Girl Scout Leader, room Mother, taught CCD, and money counter and picnics for church. Marjorie was a kind soul that everyone would talk to. She was an avid reader and would like to read the last couple pages first to see if she liked the ending before reading the entire book. Marjorie and Frederick were Green Bay Packer season ticket holders. They attended the Ice Bowl and took family and friends to Packer games. More than anything, she enjoyed sharing the simple things in life with her family. Family picnics to Evergreen Park and the love of Kohler Andrae State Park. Taking walks and driving through the park was their favorite thing together. Marjorie took care of her grandchildren and created an incredibly special bond with them. Nothing was more important than the relationship with them. She was the biggest fan and cheerleader at sporting and band events for the grandkids.
She is survived by her 3 children, Marie (Scott) Bemis, William (Tammy) Kuehlmann, and Salena (David) Russell, all of Sheboygan; 6 grandchildren, Nicole and Kyle (Stephanie) Bemis, Samantha (Stacey) and Alexandra (Hartman Hoel) Kuehlmann, Courtney (Jake) McKnight and Joshua Russell. Also blessed with great-grandchildren, Brody, Nora, Eli and Aubrey Bemis with the family continuing to grow. Also, brother-in-law Robert (Sandy) Kuehlmann; and sisters-in-law Karen Bogenschuetz and Kay Kaemmer, all of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick Kuehlmann; brothers Donald Bogenschuetz and Leroy Bogenschuetz; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Diane Bogenschutz, Edwin (Betty) Kuehlmann, Ruth (Ron) Laetsch, Joan (Charles “Koz”) Kostmercock, William Kaemmer and Judy Kuehlmann.
Marjorie was a loving blessing to her family. She will be truly missed by them.
