Marie Otte

Marie Otte, 93, of Sheboygan, passed away Monday afternoon, July 28, 2014 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Born May 28, 1921 in Sheboygan, Marie was a daughter of the late Jacob and Ella Wedell Otte. She attended Sheboygan Christian School and Sheboygan High School. Following school, she served her country in the Women's Army Corps during W.W.II. Marie was a knitter at Wigwam Industries for many years. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by three brothers, Gary, Edward and Peter and three sisters, Jennie Otte, Maude Senkbeil and Corrine Wakefield. Private family services will be held at Wildwood Cemetery. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Home Care and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Marie's arrangements.
