Lillian L. Schmidt

Lillian L. Schmidt, age 92 of Sheboygan passed away Saturday December 2, 2017 at the Shores of Sheboygan, where she had been residing.

She was born September 25, 1925 in Alvin, Wisconsin to Henry and Callie (Puckett) Hall. On October 23, 1943 she was united in marriage to Leon R. Schmidt in Glenbulah. Lillian worked for many years as a Nurse's Aid at Memorial Hospital, Sunny Ridge and Terrance Nursing Home. In her free time she enjoyed working word search books, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by her children, Roger (Patricia) Schmidt, JoAnn Richter, Douglas Schmidt and Mark (Deana) Schmidt, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leon, Two sons; Carl and Paulie Schmidt, her son in law, William Richter and her siblings; Lindsey, Inez, Myrtle, James, Clifford & Ralph.

Funeral services for Lillian will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue, Sheboygan. The Rev. Timothy Mech will officiate. Family and friends may call at the funeral home form 9:30 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Lutheran Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.

Lillian's family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Shores of Sheboygan and St. Nicholas Home Health and Hospice for their loving care and support.
