Laura M. Eissner, 62, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday afternoon, May 16, 2015 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Born February 2, 1953 in Sheboygan, she was the only daughter of the late Raymond F. and Luella M. Nonnweiler Schneider. She attended Holy Name School and graduated from Howards Grove High School. On September 25, 1976, she was united in marriage to Kevin F. Eissner at Holy Name Church. Laura worked at the Lear Corporation prior to retiring to help care for her mother. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, playing the piano and was an amazing cook, Grandma and Great Grandma. She is survived by her husband, Kevin "IKE"; her daughters, Tamara (Geoff) Ellersick, and Jennifer (Fiancé Martin Campos) Eissner; her four grandchildren, Jessica, Brooke, Christian and Kylee; and one great grandson, Hunter; all of Sheboygan; her brother, David Schneider, Sheboygan; her in-laws, Michelle (Jim) Nottling, FL, Patrick (Mary) Eissner, Maureen Martin, Joseph (Jennell) Eissner, Jay (RoseLee) Eissner, all of Sheboygan, and Christine (Scott) Saunders, Milwaukee; nieces and nephews, Trenton, Heather, Natalie, Emily, Colton, Jordan, Jessica, Jordan, Gabby, Jeremiah and Eli; other relatives and many friends. Besides her parents, Raymond and Luella, she was preceded in death by her brother Raymond and her mother and father-in-law, Beverly and Floyd Eissner. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 818 Huron Avenue. Fr. Matthew Widder will celebrate the Mass. Family and friends are welcome at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue, on Wednesday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in her name. The family would like to thank Dr. Kumar and his staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic and the nurses and staff of the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Laura's arrangements.
