Larry G. Krueck, 77, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Born February 23, 1948 in Kiel, Larry was a son of the late Walter and Lucille Beil Krueck. He attended Kiel area schools and graduated from Kiel High School in 1966. He continued his education at the U.W. Oshkosh and graduated from Divers Training Academy in Fort Pierce, FL. On March 3, 1973, he was united in marriage to Mary Jo Shinners at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam.
Larry was a commercial diver for many years. He then worked as an engineer for Alliant Energy at the Oak Creek Power Plant until his retirement.
He is survived by his son, Zak Krueck, Sheboygan; his former wife, Mary Jo Krueck, Sheboygan; his sister, Roslyn Faken; in-laws, other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Krueck.
According to his wishes, there will be no services at this time. Inurnment will take place in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Larry's arrangements.
