Kristine "Kris" Lynette Slaughter

Kristine "Kris" Lynette Slaughter, 60, passed away peacefully on September 16th, 2026, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Kris was born in Harare, Zimbabwe to missionaries Stew and Marlene Georgia.

Kris was a devoted mother to her three children, instilling in them a love for learning through homeschooling and advocating for their interests as adults. She also worked in real estate, transforming rundown properties into cherished dwellings. Kris had a gift for seeing the potential in her surroundings and the determination to help bring it out.

Kris is survived by her children Marci, David (Bethany), and Joel; her mother Marlene; and her brothers Dan and Phil Georgia and their families.

A celebration of life honoring Kris will be held at the Sheboygan eFree Church on Saturday, October 3rd at 1:30 PM. The family invites all who knew her to attend and share their favorite memories.
