Judith A. "Judy" Pfeifer

Judith A. "Judy" Pfeifer, 78, of Sheboygan, passed away Tuesday evening, February 15, 2022 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
Born December 29, 1943 in Sheboygan, Judy was a daughter of the late Martin and Helen Grohskopf Eggebeen. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1962. On September 21, 1963, she was united in marriage to Richard A. Pfeifer at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. They were married for 40 years before Dick preceded her in death on September 3, 2004.
Judy was a telephone operator for Answer, Inc. for many years. She also worked at J.J. Koepsell in the office and previously worked for Wisconsin Telephone. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and trips to the casino with her husband. She also enjoyed playing dominos monthly with her longtime neighborhood friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Steve (Denise), Jeff (Janis), and Jackie Moyer, all of Sheboygan; 10 grandchildren, Bradley, Evan, Lauren, Corinne, Nathan, Alex, Josh (Brittany), Jessica, Kyle and Leah; one great granddaughter, Meredith; her sister, JoAnn (Mike) Kupsch, Plymouth; her brother-in-law, Tom Pfeifer, Plymouth; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents and husband, Dick, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jeanne Eggebeen.
A private family graveside service will take place at the Garden of Valor of Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, especially Corrin and Ann, for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Judy's arrangements.
