Joyce Harter

Joyce J. Harter, age 79 of Sheboygan passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Sunny Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation where she had been residing.

Born September 3, 1938 in Grannis, Arkansas to Richard and Ruby (Goss) Lebow. She grew up and graduated high school in Arkansas. She later moved to Wisconsin where she met her husband Milo Harter. She worker for many years at a dry cleaners. She liked going for walks, baking, getting her hair done at Patty's Hair Place, going to parades, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Joyce is survived by her children, Dorris Frei, Milo Harter, Jr., and Ruby, her grandchildren, Adam, Erica, and Jade Benirschke, 1 great grandson, Bryson Benirschke, her brother, Charles (Mary) Lebow and a sister, Mary Lebow and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a grandson, Brian Benirschke, 2 brothers, Richard & Dale Lebow, and her sister, Louise Stevens.

Funeral service for Joyce will take place at 5:00 PM Monday, March 5, 2018 at Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Ave., Sheboygan. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 3:00 PM until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.
