Jerry A. Urbina, 22, of Sheboygan, earned his wings on Thursday, October 6, 2016, surrounded by his family.
Born March 28, 1994 in Sheboygan, Jerry was a son of Gail Lubach Urbina and Luis Urbina. He attended James Madison, Horace Mann and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 2013.
He is survived by his mother, Gail Urbina; his sisters and brothers, Crystal (Gerardo) Garcia, Nelly (Antonio) Garcia, Melissa (Nestor) Perez, Rebecca Urbina, Ebony Urbina, Aaron Urbina, Jose Urbina and Molly Urbina; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jerry's caregivers and the nurses and staff of the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support.
Jerry always brought a smile to those he met and will be remembered for the twinkle in his eyes. He will be dearly missed by his family.
