Jeannette E. Zwart Dalton, 82, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday morning, June 20, 2015 at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center where she had been residing. Born February 4, 1933 in Sheboygan, Jeannette was a daughter of the late Peter and Alice Montaba Zwart. She attended area schools and graduated from High School in Milwaukee. On August 6, 1977, she was united in marriage to Claude R. Dalton in Sussex, WI. They were married for 25 years before Claude preceded her in death on January 3, 2003. Jeanette was a secretary for ECE, Inc. in Milwaukee, retiring in 1991. She was a member of Praise Fellowship (formerly First Assembly of God) in Sheboygan. She is survived by her son, Stephen "Steve" Nick, Sheboygan, her sister, Lorraine Campbell, Paso Robles, CA; her brothers, Wayne (Geri) Zwart, New Holstein, and Jack (Mari) Zwart, Sheboygan; her sister-in-law, Donna Zwart, Monona, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband, Claude, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margarite "Peggy" (Ken) Hauch, and her brother, Donald Zwart. Funeral services for Jeannette will take place at 11:00 on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue . The Rev. Chuck Apple will officiate. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Entombment will take place in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Sheboygan Progressive for all of their loving care and support. A memorial fund has been established in her name. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Jeannette's arrangements.
