Jammie C. Ottman

Jammie C. Ottman, 59, of Plymouth, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan surrounded by his family.
Born December 4, 1964, in Antigo, WI, Jammie was a son of the late James and Evelyn Olson Ottman. He attended Antigo area schools and graduated from Antigo High School in 1982. He went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army. On June 24, 1995, he was united in marriage to Angela McCarthy.
Jammie was an owner/operator for Prutzman Trucking for many years before his retirement. He previously was a lease operator for Dart Transportation and also drove for WH Transportation, Ottman Transportation and Road Ready. He was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Sheboygan. Jammie loved to travel and spend time with his Chihuahua, Allie and his cat, Tiger. He was an avid fan of Dr. Who and playing video games. He enjoyed collecting movies, electronics and cologne. He especially enjoyed drinking his coffee and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Marty Ottman, Redgranite, Samantha (fiancé Brendan Voss Rach) Ottman, Sheboygan, and Nicolas Ottman, Sheboygan; his grandson, Jasper Ottman Voss; his sister, Tina (David) Ottman-Boykin, Sheboygan; nieces and nephews including Brian DeHart, Sheboygan, other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Sheila Ottman and Karon Boehm; a brother, Michael Ottman; and a nephew, Daniel DeHart.
A Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Ebenezer United Church of Christ, 3215 Saemann Avenue. Family and friends are welcome at the church on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in his name for the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund or Ebenezer UCC in Sheboygan.
The family would like to thank the ER staff of Aurora Medical Center and the various caregivers over the years for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Jammie's arrangements.
