Irmgard Visgin, 85, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at St. Nicholas Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Hermann and Frieda Erdmann Roschewitz. In August of 1955, she was united in marriage to Oscar Visgin at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She was a member of The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer. Irmgard enjoyed hand crafts, working around the house and especially enjoyed gardening. She is survived by her daughter, Angelica; her much loved granddaughter, Nadine; her sister, Ilse Ay, Sheboygan; a niece, Marlies (Jeffrey) TenHaken, Germantown; other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband Oscar, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gerhard Roschewitz, and her brother-in-law, Helmut Ay. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2015 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue. The Rev. Bryan Osladil, pastor, will officiate. Relatives and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Private family entombment will take place in the Garden Terrace Mausoleum. A memorial fund has been established in her name. The family would like to thank her relatives, friends and neighbors including Jeff and Pam Crneckiy, Tommy Kind and Kathleen Block-Klessig for their help and support.
