Howard "Joe" Joseph Morrison

Howard Joseph "Joe" Morrison, 65, of Sheboygan, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 18, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Born June 24, 1958, in Orange, CA, Joe was the son of Beryl A. (Tonge) Morrison Lizer and Jerry Morrison. Joe graduated from Chaparral High School in Las Vegas and attended Las Vegas Community College. On May 27, 1996, he was united in marriage with Lisa Waage Daehnert at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Bellingham, WA.
Joe worked for Clark County for 32 years, ending his career as the Traffic Safety Supervisor, retiring in 2008. He was an avid bowler and bowled in many different leagues at Lakeshore Lanes in Sheboygan. He also loved to fish and spend time with his family and his beloved dogs.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Lisa; his three children, Christopher (Dana), Patrick (Amber), and Timothy (Paige) Daehnert; three grandchildren, Beverly, Jeremiah, and Gracelynn; his mother, Beryl (David-D) Lizer; his father, Jerry Morrison; his uncle, Philip (Ken Mu) Morrison; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Joe was adopted as a young boy, but later in life was able to connect with his brothers and sisters, William (Elynne) Frame, Kelly (Shawn) Smith, Roberta (James-D) Perkins, Patricia Jean Reed, James Marquis (Hope-D), and Mark (Lisa) Marquis;
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, David Lizer; his birth mother, Patricia Cardwell; his brother-in-law, James; his sister-in-law, Hope; and his sister, Candace Brown.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Joe's arrangements.
