Fern Lemahieu

Fern M. LeMahieu age 92 of Sheboygan, passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.

Fern was born January 28, 1926 in Sheboygan to William and Eleanora (Harp) Klarhorst. She graduated from North High School in 1944. On April 22, 1961 she was united in marriage to Robert LeMahieu at Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Sheboygan. She worked for the H. C. Prange Co. and later worked part-time at the Northside McDonald's. Fern was also a member of the E.C.J. Circle, the Altar Guild, Church Choir and a Sunday School teacher at Ebenezer U.C.C. She was a member of the Sheboygan County Historical Society and enjoyed volunteering at Sunny Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Fern is survived by her son Mark (Linda) LeMahieu, her granddaughter Allison LeMahieu, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, and many brothers and sisters in law.

Funeral Services for Fern will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Ebenezer United Church of Christ, 3215 Saemann Ave., Sheboygan. Rev. Roger Mealiff will officiate. Visitation will take place at the church from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service. Private burial will take place at Wildwood Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established in her name for Ebenezer U.C.C. or the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.

The Olson Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Fern's arrangements.
