Eugenia Hagemeier

January 14, 1935 — December 2, 2024

Our mother has made her final journey into the arms of our Father.
Eugenia Hagemeier became an angel on Monday, December 2, 2024, on her daughter's 60th birthday.
Born on January 14, 1935, in the country of Lithuania, she was a daughter of the late Helen and Adolph Jeletzki.
If you ever had the chance to meet our mother, she would have left a huge impression in your heart and with a chocolate in your hand. She was the life of the party and had a gift of joke telling. Oh, how she loved her German music and would dance to the very end.
She had many friends and so many wonderful stories. Our mother loved bowling and loved to play cards, whether poker or sheepshead, she loved it all. But the best part was just visiting with others.
We will always remember her Swedish meatballs and her fried sauerkraut- no one could make them better, but her powdered sugar Grebel was the ultimate prize.
She made holidays super special when it was her turn to host. Christmas Eve's with Santa visits for over 16 years were the BEST. Santa always left with a bundle of the best chocolates and a Coke!
Mom, we will miss you and all the laughter. We know you were the best mom and the BEST grandma. She loved her role of spoiling all of us. We love you for that.
Our mom also leaves behind her special family at Shores of Sheboygan, where she resided for over 6 years. They are a special group of people who would become her good friends. The staff there also loved our mother. There are so many special, caring, and kind caregivers there that will leave an impression with us forever too (Sarah, we so love you).
Our mom leaves behind her four children, William (Gail) Hagemeier, Rose (Jack) Scheele, Monica (Adam) Senkbeil, and Heidi (Bob) Kasberger; her precious grandchildren, Ryan (Stacy) Hagemeier, Kyle (Jessica) Hagemeier, Steve (Emily) Scheele, Brent (Katie) Scheele, Nicholas Senkbeil, Jeremy (Monique) Senkbeil, Joshua (Morgan) Senkbeil with great grandson, Reed, on the way in January, Amanda (Sam) Newton, and Andrew Kasberger; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Chase, Connor, Tyler (fiancé' Emily), Lilly, Belle, Violet, Caroline Rose, Nora Jo, Felix (friend Sam), Armani, Draven and Natalia; and her great great granddaughter, Madelynn. She also leaves behind many special nieces and nephews. She is further survived by her brother-in-law, Guenther Hagemeier.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilhelm Hagemeier, Jr.; sister, Lydia (Joseph) Mosnik; brother, Waldemir (Emmy) Jeletz; sister-in-law, Dorothy Hagemeier; her father, Adolph Jeletzki; and her mother and stepfather, Helen (August) Cyras.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Shores of Sheboygan for the great care they have given our sweet mother over the last 6 years, and a special thank you to Preceptor Home Health Hospice for their wonderful care in her last days.
Funeral service for Eugenia will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue, Sheboygan. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Entombment will take place in Garden Terrace Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name and will be gifted for the needs of residents at Shores of Sheboygan.
It's never "Goodbye", it's "Until we meet again".
Fly with the angels, mom, and share a few jokes along the way.
WE LOVE YOU.
