Dennis A. Drexler, 69, of Sheboygan, found peace Monday morning, February 13, 2017 at Sunny Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center following a courageous struggle with health issues.
Born July 1, 1947 in Sheboygan, Dennis was a son of the late John and Evelyn Stenseth Drexler. He attended area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1966. He was previously married to Kathy Felch in Sheboygan.
Dennis worked in the pottery division of the Kohler Company for 35 years before his retirement. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club. He enjoyed his Harley, his bunnies, and gardening but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He is survived by "his woman" of 24 years, Christine Mischo, Sheboygan; his children, DeeDee Allison, CO, and Nic Fritsch, SC; six grandchildren, Matthew Behrmann, Sheboygan, Kali Petri, Sheboygan, Dennis Hallada, Manitowoc, Breyanna Flessert, Sheboygan, Cain Fritsch, Sheboygan,and Nevaeh Fritsch, Sheboygan; his great grandchildren, Martin Zeitler and Wyatt Flessert, Sheboygan and an expected great grandchild in March; his brother, Garry (Eileen) Drexler, CA; his son-in-law, Jeff Hallada, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ronda Drexler.
A gathering to celebrate Dennis' life will take place on Sunday, February 19, 2017, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue. Interment will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
