Craig J. Enders, 59, of Sheboygan, passed away Saturday afternoon, December 7, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton surrounded by his family.
Born June 18, 1965, in Sheboygan, Craig a was a son of Eugene P. Enders and the late Darlene F. Dirks Enders. He attended Sheboygan Falls schools and graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1983. On June 8, 1991, he was united in marriage to Sandra A. Kauffman in Kohler, WI.
Craig worked in logistics for Banta Manufacturing in Menasha for many years. He then worked for Schneider National. He was an avid sports fan of all Wisconsin sports but also cheered on the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed spending time at Road America with friends and family. He was a gifted craftsman and handyman, building their cabin up north with Sandi in Iron River, MI. His greatest joy was the time he spent in nature which was his true sanctuary, with his family and his dog, Louie.
He is survived by his wife, Sandi; his father, Gene (Linda) Enders; his siblings, Terri (Matt) Cohen, Heidi (Ray) Porter, Holly (Hector) Soto, Lorri (Calvin) Steward, Todd Enders, Brad (Melissa) Enders, Sue (John) Shackleton, Jason (Mikah) Enders, Jenny (Jason) Knuth, and Dirk (Courtney) Huibregtse; his in-laws, Dennis Kauffman, Diane (Fran) Korbisch, Judy (Lonnie) Bernarde and Joni (Mike) Fredrick; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Darlene and Dale Huibregtse; his nephew, Travis Soto; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Arleen Kauffman; and a sister-in-law, Debra Kauffman.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Aurora Medical Center in Grafton for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Craig's arrangements.
