Carol Jean May Kuether

Carol Jean May Kuether, 80, of Sheboygan, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Sunny Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center where she had been residing.
Born August 14, 1942 in Oshkosh, Carol Jean was a daughter of the late Edwin and Delphine Nimke Paulson. She attended schools in Merrill and Oshkosh. On June 5, 1993, she was united in marriage to Michael C. Kuether at The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Sheboygan.
Carol Jean was a CNA at the Sheboygan County Comprehensive Health Care Center. She previously worked at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Fond du Lac. She was a member of The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer where she sang in the choir and served on the Sunday School Board of Education.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; her children, Daryl (Elizabeth) Culver, Fond du Lac, Julie Gallitz, AZ, Dean (Amy) Culver, Sheboygan, Jody (Jeff) Towne, Twin Lakes, WI, and Cathleen (Josh) Voskuil, Oostburg; her step children, Dawn (Tracy) Henschmeyer, Sheboygan, and Lara (Virgil) Pachal, Marshfield; 13 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 step great grandchild; her sister, JoAnn Laabs, Omro; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter; a great grandson; and three brothers, Earl, Harold and George Paulson.
Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023 at The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, 3027 Wilgus Avenue, Sheboygan. Family and friends are welcome at the church on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will take place in Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name for The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer.
