Calvin A. Schmagelske

March 3, 1922 — April 14, 2014

Calvin A. Schmagelske, 92, went to be with his wife Mary on April 14, 2014. Calvin passed away at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center after residing there for six years. He was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, On November 16, 1985, he married Mary F. Malanick who he treasured dearly. She preceded him in death on July 30, 1994. Calvin was born March 3, 1922, the son of William and Anna Schmagelske who adopted him when he was two years old. Calvin enjoyed riding his scooter around Sheboygan, especially the lakefront, playing bingo and listening to country music. He is survived by his niece, Sue (Daniel) Tenpas of Elkhart Lake, and Randy (Terri) Mayer of Sheboygan, and his special friend Charlotte Beniger. There will be no funeral services for Calvin. Interment will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calvin's family would like to thank Rocky Knoll, 1West, for their excellent care the past six years and Brenda Bartels for her compassion and care to Calvin. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Calvin's arrangements.
