Betty Jane Martinez age 77 of Sheboygan passed away Saturday evening January 5, 2019 at St. Nicholas Hospital.
Born April 6, 1941 in Eau Claire to Victor and Alvilda (Ludvigson) Hanson. She attended and graduated from local schools. She was a homemaker.
Betty is survived by her children, Duane (Jeanette) Wiarek of Cascade, Brian (Karen Adams) Wiarek of Sheboygan, Jeff (Debra) Wiarek of Sheboygan, Dawn Hartl of Sheboygan, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, Ann Klass of Eau Claire, Luella Weaver of Plymouth, Victoria Hanson of Sheboygan, Virginia Hanson of Sheboygan, 2 brothers, Mike (Pam) Hanson of Sheboygan and David (Diana) Hanson of Eau Claire.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers, Virgil, Gale, Gerald and Gene.
A private family service will be held.
A memorial fund has been established in Betty's name.
Betty's family would like to thank the nurses an staff of St. Nicholas Home Health and Hospice for their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Betty's arrangements.
