Betty Ann Schlafke, 91, of Sheboygan, passed away Tuesday evening, June 16, 2015 at Woodland Manor in Sheboygan Falls where she had been residing. Born June 2, 1924 in Sheboygan, Betty was a a daughter of the late Herbert and Leona Kimme Schlafke. She attended area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School. Betty worked in the accounting office at the H.C. Prange Company for 39 years before retiring in 1986. She was a member of Fountain Park United Methodist Church and was a former member of the Sheboygan County Historical Society. She is survived by her nephews and nieces, Steven (Mary) Schlafke, Daniel (Debra) Schlafke, Jane (Steven) Hermann, Mary (Richard) Heling and Lynnette (Robert) Fritsch, all of Sheboygan; other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger (Beatrice) Schlafke, and her cousin, Karl Kuhlmann. A Graveside Service will be held for Betty at Wildwood Cemetery (Section 7) on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Warren Waddell, pastor of Fountain Park Church, will officiate. The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Betty's arrangements.
