Anna Junge

Anna Junge, 96, of Sheboygan, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice surrounded by her family.
Born February 21, 1927 in Sheboygan, Anna was a daughter of the late Fredrick and Regina Hardt Moritz. She attended Sheboygan area schools and Central High School. On June 29, 1946, she was united in marriage to Ralph Junge at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. They were married for 60 years before Ralph preceded her in death on December 13, 2006.
Anna was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking and being amongst her family and friends. Anna was also employed in the past at Prange's and Gingham Girls cleaning service.
She is survived by her children, Jimmy (Jeff Weinshrott) Junge, Sheboygan, and Sherry (James) Schultz, Milton, WI; two grandchildren, Michelle Gasper, St. Louis, MO, and Daniel Schultz, FL; six great grandchildren, Calvin Schultz, Sabrina Schultz, Andrew Verbsky, Christopher Verbsky, Joseph Gasper and Alexis Gasper; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She is further survived by her "other son", Jason Lester, Sheboygan, and her beloved dog, Bella.
Besides her parents and husband, Ralph, she was preceded in death by her brother, Fredrick; and three sisters, Regina Diener, Helen Boettcher and Marie Hort.
Funeral services for Anna were private and interment took place in Wildwood Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the 2nd floor at Aurora Medical Center of Sheboygan and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support.
