Amanda J. Roe, 33, of Sheboygan, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at her home following complications from the flu.
Born September 26, 1984 in Milwaukee, Amanda was a daughter of Tammy J. Te Stroete Roe and Julius A. Roe. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 2004.
Amanda worked as a hostess at the Highland House for three years. She loved her job and meeting new people. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She attended Crossroads Community Church.
She is survived by her mother Tammy (Robert Berger) Roe, Sheboygan; her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Ver Straate, Sheboygan; her uncles, Brad and Randy Te Stroete, both of Sheboygan; cousins and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Burton Ver Straate.
A memorial service for Amanda will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Avenue. Family and friends are welcome at the funeral home on Monday from 3:00 until the time of service.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
